GET APPROVED
During your consultation, you will visit with our in-house, board-certified medical doctor with a specialized certification in Medical Marijuana. The doctor will evaluate your healthcare needs and certify you the same day, if you are approved. From there, the doctor will enter your information into the Medical Marijuana use registry. Keep in mind that if you have caregivers who will be picking up any orders for you, they will need to be added to the registry as well.
AFTER YOU'RE APPROVED
Once you are approved and registered with the Medical Marijuana Use Registry (all of which will be handled during your consultation), you will receive an email from the state acknowledging your approval. In most cases, you will be able to shop at the majority of dispensaries the same day. Your card will be delivered via standard mail 1-3 weeks after your approval.
Medical marijuana cards are valid in the state of Florida for one year, and there is an annual fee of $75.00 due to the state of Florida. The prescription from the physician is valid for up to 210 days and will need to be recertified after that time.
